The energy of anahata helps us recognise we are part of something larger, that we are interconnected within an intricate web of relationships extending through lifetimes and all living things.

The fourth chakra is the space where physical and spiritual meet, and is related to the element of air. As such, its energy is associated to the breath and its movements, as well as the idea of spaciousness and connection with all things.
