My favourite time to use Kwan Yin is after my evening shower. Before I hop into bed, I rub Kwan Yin all over my heart chakra & any areas of tightness (often caused by suppressed emotion) and ask the Goddess & her dragon to release unresolved pain as I sleep. It's easy & fast and maximises your rest time as a divinely guided healing session!
